Lifetime craftsmanship warranty

Every Shoghelí piece is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for as long as you own it. If something fails because of how it was made, we repair or replace it free of charge — you only cover postage to us.

14-day returns

If a piece isn't right, return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Write to hello@shogheli.com for a return number before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original shipping cost is not refunded.

Your first resize is free

Rings can be resized in our workshop. The first resize is free; every resize after that is US$20. Shipping both ways is paid by the customer.

Repairs beyond the warranty

Bends, scratches, an everyday accident — we can restore, re-polish and refinish any piece we made, for the cost of labour and materials. Repairs take 2–4 weeks.
